Chardham Yatra registration

Registration on the Uttarakhand Tourism portal is mandatory for every pilgrim visiting Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath or Badrinath. It is free, takes about 10 minutes per traveller, and is checked at multiple points on the route.

What you need

• Valid photo ID — Aadhaar, passport or driving licence
• Recent photograph (digital)
• Mobile number with active OTP
• Health declaration for senior pilgrims and those with existing conditions

Steps

1. Visit the official registration portal of Uttarakhand Tourism (registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in).
2. Create an account using your mobile number.
3. Add each traveller, upload ID and photo, choose dham(s) and travel dates.
4. Download the biometric / QR-coded yatra pass and keep both digital and printed copies.
